❤︎ License is not required for private and small handmade shops, to sell a treshhold of 50 items using SVGix designs.

❤︎ Fabric & dtf shops are required commercial license.

COMMERCIAL LICENSES OVERVIEW

✿ Valid for ONE YEAR from purchase.

✿ SVGix grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files to create any PHYSICAL or PRINTED (fabric, t-shirts, stationary, ...) goods to be sold commercially.

✿ This license is valid for X amount of items available in the shop, EXCLUDING THE ITEMS THAT STATE "Handmade & Private Use ONLY" on their title, in which cases they are only available for handmade shops & private customers.

✿ SVGix files may be made available to the licensee customers, in the form of pre-order or physical item, 48 hours after release at SVGix.

✿ This license allows the licensee to use the licensed files / PNGs SVGs with no amount limit.

✿ A license renewal is required, in order to continue purchasing new files and maintain an active license, after one year of the commercial license purchase. (Price is:  license value at the moment of purchase - 30%. Please contact me for a custom listing)

✿ SVGix designs are not for commercial use by larger companies (4+ employees), print-on-demand, wholesale, or mass production.

✿ Only one commercial license is available per customer. You may upgrade your license (only paying the difference), by contacting me, but you may not stack licenses.

✿ SVGix cannot be held responsible for any file errors. All files should be checked for any mistakes before printing. In case of an issue, SVGix will be available to fix it.

✿ SVGix cannot be held responsible for any trademark issues.

✿ Colors may vary depending on the type of transfer/ vinyl or printer.

✿ This license does not include the files itself. 

✿ You may not sell, share, or give away any of SVGix digital files

Terms infringement allows SVGix to end the contract term.
